3. wp 1969.08.doc As the respondent-workman is unrepresented, I have requested Ms.Sanchita Thakur to assist this Court and make submissions on behalf of the respondent -workman. Acceding to this request, she made submissions on behalf of the respondent. Writ Petition No. 2947 of 2008 and other connected matters were heard today & disposed of finally. The respondents - workmen in these Petitions are similarly situated. Even in these Petitions, the respondents - workmen have filed undertakings. The petitioners have filed a detailed affidavit which I have already incorporated in the order passed in Writ Petition No. 2947 of 2008 and other connected matters. The Petitions are identical in nature and hence, even these Petitions are disposed of in the same terms as order passed in Writ Petition No. 2947 of 2008 and other connected matters.

Rule is partly made absolute with no order as to costs.
