Accepting the aforesaid statement, the Sessions Court Dindhosi, in Session Case No.5 of 2017 is requested to conclude the trial within a period of 6 months. In case the trial is not concluded within the said period, the applicant is at liberty to request for his release on the ground of long incarceration. 3.
