Heard. This is an application received through jail. Applicant is arrested on 28/02/2015 in crime no. 60 of 2014 registered at Malwani Police Station under section 366, 372, 373, 376 r/w 34 of Indian Penal Code. This Court appointed learned counsel Shri. Arun Rajput. Learned counsel submits that in fact, applicant was only working as cook in Silver Spoon Hotel at Bangalore and he was not indulging into trafficking.

2) Perused report submitted by learned APP. State of complainant shows that present applicant and one Lokesh had coerced complainant to engage into prostitution. According to complainant, present applicant and Lokesh used to bring four customers everyday and had threatened her of dire consequences in ism

2 10.390.15 ba the eventuality that she did not oblige them. There is evidence on record to show that applicant has committed an offence under sections 366, 372 of Indian Penal Code. In view of this, applicant does not deserve grant of bail. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that since investigation is completed and charge-sheet is filed and further incarceration is not warranted. However, taking into consideration the fact that applicant has prima facie indulged into human trafficking, he does not deserve grant of bail. Learned counsel appointed for the applicant has put in best of efforts to espouse the cause of the applicant. His professional fees are quantified to the tune of Rs. 1000/- to be paid to him within 3 months from today.
