Heard learned Counsel for the Petitioners. Keeping in view of the relief prayed for we are of the view that the Petitioners are required to approach the National Green Tribunal. (see Dr.(Sau) Nandini Shushrut Babhulkar & Ors. Vs. Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation & Ors. (2012)8 SCC 326) In the circumstances with liberty to the Petitioner to file proceedings for the same cause of action before the National Green Tribunal we dispose of this Petition accordingly.
