Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

In this petition, the petitioner is seeking following reliefs:- "A) This this Hon'ble Court under its Criminal Appellate Writ jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, 1950 be pleased to issue Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ, Order, Direction and thereby 1/2

909) wp716-16 forthwith transfer the investigation of FIR No.59/2013 registered with Kothrud police station, Pune to any other competent officer of DCP, ACP level from respondent No.2 investigation officer for the reasons stated in Writ Petition, with further directions that charge-sheet to be filed in time frame manner as directed by this Hon'ble Court. "

On 10th March, 2016 we had directed the respondents to place before the Court status report in respect of investigation carried out. The Commissioner of Police, Pune was also directed to call for explanation from the concerned investigating officer. Learned APP was directed to take instructions and make a statement on the next date. 4.

Learned APP on instructions from the officers present in Court makes a statement the investigating agency will complete the investigation within one month from today and submit appropriate report. Statement is accepted. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of.

Registry to forward a copy of this order to the Commissioner of Police, Pune.
