15. IA 2026 of 2022.doc 468 of 2018. There is application for bringing the legal representatives of the deceased Applicant No. 1. As per that Order, the Applicants were permitted to serve privately. Now it is said that the private notice sent by RPAD on the earlier address and new address has returned back for the various reasons.

By way of this application, the applicant is seeking for permission to serve them by way of substitute service.

Read the title clause of the trial court and the first appellate Court judgments, prayer clause 'a' is allowed. Interim Application no. 2026 of 2022 is disposed of.

Court notice is not issued so issue notice through Court to the Respondent returnable on 03/10/2022.

Applicant to supply copies to the office for the purpose of service. It is made clear that formalities for substitute service may not be completed unless copies are delivered to the office for the purpose of issuing Court notice.
