Although the respondents have circulated the aforesaid application, the applicant-Ms.Rinki Kejriwal is present in person. The applicant states that she does not wish to pursue the said application for cancellation of the respondents' bail, as the matter has been amicably resolved between the parties and that the proceedings being C.R. No. 06 of 2019 registered with MIDC Police Station has been quashed by consent, by this Court vide order dated 05/08/2019 passed in Writ Petition No. 1288 of 2019.

Accordingly, in view of the statement made by the applicant, who is present in person, the application for cancellation of bail does not survive and is accordingly disposed of.
