Petitioners i.e. husband and in-laws of Respondent No.2 have filed present Petition for quashing of C.C. No.1000/PW/2022 pending on the file of 66th Metropolitan Magistrate, Andheri, Mumbai arising out of C.R. No. 188 of 2020 registered with Sakinaka Police Station, Mumbai under Sections 498A, 323, 504, 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code with the consent of Respondent No.2. 2.

Respondent No.2 has filed an Affidavit dated 20th April, 2023 duly affirmed before a Notary Public. In para No.6 thereof, she has given her no objection to quash the said C.C. No.1000/PW/2022 arising out of C.R. No. 188 of 2020.

Respondent No.2 is personally present in the Court and through her Advocate reiterated the contents of her Affidavit dated 20th 1/2

CAJ 36-Wp-1232-2023.odt April, 2023 and her "no objection" for quashing of the said C.C. No.1000/PW/2022 arising out of C.R. No. 188 of 2020. 4.

In view thereof, Petition is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).
