This Petition is pending since 2018 challenging the order passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Greater Bombay dated 22.11.2017. The matter was listed on 18.7.2023 and it was observed that before that date it was listed on 2.9.2021 but after that no efforts were taken by learned counsel for the Petitioner to get the matter listed. Therefore, by way of last chance, the matter was directed to be listed on today's board under the caption 'for dismissal'.
