In this Writ Petition, the petitioners challenge the order dated 14th December, 2015 passed by the learned Joint Civil Judge Junior Division, Vadgaon Maval whereby framing the issue of limitation as preliminary issue.

In view of the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Foreshore Coop. Hsg. Ltd. & Ors. Vs. Pravin D. Desai and Ors., reported in 2015(3) ALL MR (SC) 951, the view taken by the trial Court cannot be faulted with.

Writ Petition is dismissed.
