This is an application for condonation of 277 days delay in preferring the revisions application. The revision is preferred against the order of conviction passed by the Trial Court and confirmed by the Appellate Court. The learned counsel appearing for the Corporation vehemently opposed the application. For the reasons stated in the application, I am inclined to condone the delay subject to condition that applicant shall pay costs of Rs.1000/- to the Maharashtra State Legal Service Committee within a period of three weeks from today. Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).
