By the present application, the applicant has impugned the Order dated 09.12.2015 passed by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 63rd Court, Andheri, Mumbai, issuing process against an Order dated 04.03.2017 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Borivali Div., Dindoshi, Mumbai, dismissing the Revision Application No.219 of 2016 and confirming the Order dated 09.12.2015.
