This application is for condonation of delay of 63 days occurred in fling the application for leave to file appeal against the order of acuuittal for the ofence punishable under Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code. In view of averments made in Paragraphs 3 to 7 of the application, the applicant has satisfactorily explained the delay in filing the application for leave to file appeal.
