Arbitration Petition No. 77 of 2015 is restored to file. Petitioners to serve respondent directly copy of the petition within two weeks from today, failing which, petition will stand dismissed without further reference to the Court. Reply to be filed and copy served within two weeks thereafter.

Petition be listed, if not dismissed as mentioned earlier, on 22nd December 2017.
