Learned counsel for the Petitioner states that, in view of the fact that this Court has clarified that the order, of which contempt is alleged, is only a prima facie observation, he will take out a civil application for seeking the additional reliefs which are sought in the present contempt petition. He states that he will do so keeping in mind the limitation of the contempt jurisdiction. In view of this statement, the contempt petition is disposed of.
