By an order dated 17.12.2014, the petitioner was given time to remove office objections on or before 9.1.2015 failing which the writ petition stood dismissed without further reference to the court. The counsel for the petitioner states that some of the record & proceedings before the trial court were in Marathi language and they were unable to get them re-typed. The counsel requests that the delay in taking out this present application be condoned and the petition be restored to file.

For reasons mentioned in the application, Civil Application bearing No.497 of 2015 is allowed in terms of prayer clauses-(a) and (b). Civil Application accordingly, stands disposed.
