The learned AGP has placed on record a letter dated 22nd February 2016 addressed to him by the Desk Officer, Revenue and Forest Department. The same is taken on record and marked "A-1" for identification. We accept the statement made therein. 3.

However, the application for interim relief/ prayer for interim relief will have to be decided by the Revisional Authority within the time stipulated by this Court.

Accordingly, we dispose of this petition by passing the following order:

O R D E R

(i) The statement made in the letter dated 22nd February 2016 (marked as "A-1" for identification) is accepted; (ii) We direct the Revisional Authority to decide the application for interim relief/ prayer for interim relief as expeditiously as possible and, in any event, within a period of three weeks from the date on which an authenticated copy of this order is produced before the Revisional Authority;

(iii) All the contentions on merits of the pending application are kept open;

(iv) Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
