Both the advocates state that the parties have settled the dispute by signing consent terms, which are filed in the execution proceedings in the Motor Accidents Claim Tribunal, Mumbai. In view of the settlement, Mr. Pote, the learned advocate for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the petition. The petition is allowed to be withdrawn. The petitioner has deposited certain amount in this court, pursuant to the orders passed earlier.
