After the petition was heard at some length, by consent, the petition is disposed of in terms of the following order, passed in the presence of the Respondents as well as the Officer of the Petitioner: (i) The impugned orders of the Labour Court as well as the Industrial Court in revision are set aide.
(ii) Learned Counsel for the Respondents makes a statement that he desires to withdraw his interim application in terms of Exhibit "U-2". The application may be treated as withdrawn. Pg 1 of 2
sg wp2121-16.doc (iii) In case the order of the Disciplinary Authority is against the Respondents, the Respondents will be entitled to raise all contentions, which are raised in the petition, in a challenge to that order before any appropriate forum.
(iv) All rights and contentions of the parties on merits are kept open.
