P.C.:
1] Learned counsel for the petitioner reports that he has no instructions from the petitioner. Learned counsel says that he has made attempts to contact the petitioner, but the attempts had not been successful. In these circumstances, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw his appearance. 2] Since, the petitioner is not furnishing any instructions to proceed with this matter, we too see no reason to proceed with this petition. This petition is accordingly, dismissed for nonprosecution. The interim order granted earlier stands vacated. (CHIEF JUSTICE) (M.S.SONAK, J.)
