Heard learned Counsel for applicant and learned A.P.P. On the earlier date learned A.P.P., on instructions, made statement that charge-sheet is likely to be filed in one week. Today, learned Counsel for applicant submits that charge-sheet is filed. This Court, while granting interim protection to applicant by its order dated 12.02.2019, on considering F.I.R. prima facie noted that there are no ingredients attracting offences punishable under Sections 353 and 506 of I.P.C. and had granted anticipatory bail.

ORDER

Interim bail granted to applicant dated 12.02.2019, stands confirmed.

In view of the fact that charge-sheet is already filed, applicant to take recourse of filing regular Bail Application before the trial Court. Application is disposed of in above terms.
