Competent Authority under The Maharashtra Ownership of Flats Act, granted deemed conveyance vide order dated 13th December, 2021 in favour Respondent No.1 Society. Feeling aggrieved by the said order, Petitioners- Promoters have challenged the same before this Court.

Mr. Salunke, learned counsel for the Petitioners, on instructions, submits that the Petitioners have executed the conveyance in favour of Respondent No.1 on 28th September,2022. A copy of the conveyance deed is taken on record and marked 'X-1' for identification.

Mr. Manohar Patil, Chairman and Mr. Hemant Bhagat, Secretary of the Respondent No.1 Society, are present in the Court. They admit the execution of conveyance deed. In that view of the matter, nothing survives in the petition and accordingly it is disposed of.
