P.C. :- None of the reasons given in the Civil Applications can be considered as cogent enough for not appearing when the matter was called out, however since the learned Counsel for the Applicants has tendered unconditional apology, to avoid injustice to the Applicants, the Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). The learned Counsel for the Applicants states that when the matter will be listed for admission, no adjournment will be sought. The undertaking is accepted. The Second Appeal be placed on board for admission as per its CMIS date.
