P.C.:- This is an Application for modification of condition imposed upon the Applicants while granting them pre-arrest bail by the learned Sessions Judge, Thane in ABA No. 2616 of 2017 by its Order dated 5th February, 2018. By the said condition, the Applicants have been directed not to leave the Maharashtra State without permission from the remand Court.
The record indicates that, police after completing the investigation have submitted charge-sheet and now the Applicants have been released on regular bail.
Mr. Mundargi, the learned counsel for the first informant fairly submitted that, the appropriate Orders may be passed in the 1/2

As per the record, the investigation of the present crime is completed. The learned counsel for the Applicants submitted that, Applicants are businessmen and it creates difficulties for them seeking permission on every occasion if they intend to go outside the State of Maharashtra. He submitted that, on many occasions at the last minute, the Applicants have to decide and plan their scheduled to go outside the State of Maharashtra and at that time, the said condition is causing prejudice to their professional activities. In view of the above, the Applicants are hereby directed to give intimation at least one day in advance to the Koparkhairane Police Station, Navi Mumbai before they leave the jurisdiction of Maharashtra State.
Application is disposed of with the aforesaid modification. (A.S. GADKARI, J.) 2/2
