By these applications prayer has been made for vacating of the interim relief passed by this Court vide its order dated 13th July 2010. However, considering the events that have taken place till February 2017, a note of which has been taken by this Court in its order dated 17th February 2017, it is not possible for this Court to accept the request of the complainant that interim relief granted earlier be vacated. Therefore, the request is rejected and accordingly all the applications stand dismissed. However, considering the fact that these petitions are very old, it is time for this Court to take up these petitions for final hearing. Accordingly, let these petitions be taken up for final hearing on 19th June 2023.
