The applicant, apprehending arrest in Crime No.8 of 2022, Police Station Tembhurni, District Solapur under sections 376, 376(2)(n), 506 and 323 of IPC is seeking anticipatory bail. 2.
The aforesaid crime is registered on the basis of the complaint lodged by the victim who is a married lady aged about 29 years having two children. According to the first informant, the applicant was residing in her neighbourhod in the field. The applicant had sexual intercourse with her on several occasions by threatening her to harm her husband and sons. The first informant also claimed that the applicant had given her a mobile handset and used to call her in the field where the incident had happened. The first informant told about the incident to her husband on 1 January, 2022. The complaint came to be lodged on 2 January,2022. The applicant has filed a
Priya Soparkar 2 17 aba 467-22-cr complaint on 4 January, 2022 in respect of the alleged assault on him in which the applicant and her husband are the accused.

I have heard the learned counsel for the parties. 4.
It prima facie appears that the applicant is a grown up married lady with children. According to her the forcible sexual abuse was done multiple times over a period of 5 to 6 months without any disclosure by the informant till 1 January, 2022. 5.
The learned APP submitted that in such circumstances the applicant may be directed to join the investigation and submit himself for medical examination.

In the result, following order is passed.
ORDER
i.
In the event of his arrest in connection with investigation of Crime No.8 of 2022 registered with Tembhurni Police Station, the applicantSadanand Raosaheb Mahadik be released on bail on executing a PR bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) with one or two solvent sureties in the like amount.
ii.
The applicant shall report to the Investigating OfÏcer on 7, 8 and 9 March, 2022 between 11.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. subject to his discharge from the hospital.

The applicant shall permit himself to be subjected to the medical examination as and when required by the Investigating OfÏcer and shall co-operate with the Investigating Agency. iv.
The Criminal Anticipatory Bail Application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
