Applicant is seeking regular bail in Crime No.349 of 2020 registered with Khadaki Police Station, Pune for offences under Sections 307, 143, 147, 148, 149, 336, 504, 506 of Indian Penal Code, Sections 4, 25 of Arms Act and Sections 37(1) and 135 of Maharashtra Police Act.

The allegation is, the applicant intend to spread reign of terror in the area and as such, along with co-accused caused law and order problem and assaulted the complainant with sword. 3.

The fact remains that the applicant has assaulted the complainant on his head and shoulder by sword which is recovered from the co-accused.

The injuries suffered by the victim are simple in nature. 5.

In this background and in absence of any antecedents but for when he was juvenile, in my opinion, case for bail is made out.

Applicant is directed to be released on bail on furnishing PR bond of Rs.25,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount.

Applicant shall neither influence the witnesses in any manner nor tamper with the evidence.

Till the trial is concluded, applicant shall remain outside the revenue limits of Pune District but for attending the trial. 9.

The application as such stands disposed of.
