Issue involved in this Petition regarding inclusion of the name of the Petitioner in the Shalarth system and allotting her Shalarth ID is no longer res-integra as per the view taken by this Court in the case of Amol Baban Sangar v/s. State of Maharashtra & Ors. (Writ Petition No. 8966 of 2021 decided on 21 February 2022).

Accordingly, the Petition is partly allowed and the Respondent No.2 is directed to include the name of the Petitioner in the Shalarth system and allot her Shalarth ID within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order. We further direct the Respondent Nos. 2,3,4 and 5 to ensure that salary together with admissible arrears are released to the Petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of allotment of Shalarth ID to the Petitioner.
