Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

By this petitioner, the petitioner seeks quashing of the FIR bearing C.R. No. II-33 of 2013 registered with the Nalasopara Police Station, for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 52, 53 and 54 of the M.R.T.P. Act.

Learned APP, on instructions of Head Constable - Vaijal, who is present in Court, states that the police have filed an 'A' Summary Report, in the said case on 30th November 2017. 4.

In view of the aforesaid statement made by the learned APP, on instructions, nothing survives for further consideration in this petition. The petition stands disposed of accordingly. 5.

Needless to also state, that it is always open for the petitioner to file a fresh petition, if the occasion so arises. 6.

All concerned to act on the authenticated copy of this order.
