This is an application for anticipatory bail filed under Section 438 of Cr.P.C., as the Applicant is apprehending her arrest in C.R. No.26 of 2014 registered at Mandangad Police Station, Dist. Ratnagiri, for the offences punishable under Sections 463, 464, 465, 468, 471 and 420 r/w. 34 of IPC.

As per prosecution case, there are, in all, 4 Accused; out of which, 3 were arrested and one is already released on bail. Whereas, the present Applicant is Original Accused No.4. The role attributed to her is that she has procured certain stamps and also received the amount of Rs.10,000/-. The affidavit is filed by the Police Sub-Inspector Lekhaji Bajirao Shinde, attached to Mandangad Police Station, Dist. Ratnagiri, stating that he is 1/2 ABA-313-16.doc
opposing this Anticipatory Bail Application and custodial interrogation of the Applicant is necessary in order to get the information from her as to from where the seized bogus Degree was prepared and who has prepared forged signature and stamps.

However, it is submitted by learned A.P.P. Mr. Dedia that the Charge-Sheet has already been filed in the Court, on completion of due investigation. In view thereof, this Anticipatory Bail Application is allowed. 4.
In the event of arrest of the Applicant - Anshu Sharma (Anshu Amit Tiwari) in C.R. No.26 of 2014 registered with Mandangad Police Station, Dist. Ratnagiri, she be released on P.R. Bond of Rs.25,000/-, with one or two sureties in the like amount, subject to the condition that she shall not tamper with the prosecution witnesses and she shall make herself available, as and when required, for the purposes of further investigation, if necessary.
