Learned advocates for both the parties inform that in this Appeal they have entered into Settlement Agreement on 30th January, 2024, whereby parties have agreed to resolve their disputes. In view of the Settlement Agreement, learned advocates for both the parties seek leave to withdraw the Appeal. Copy of the Settlement Agreement is taken on record, which is annexed as 'Exhs-A and B'.

In view of this, Appeal stands disposed of as withdrawn. Decree be drawn in terms of Settlement Agreement dated 30th January, 2024. Decree be modified in view of the terms of settlement.
