Heard the learned counsel for the applicant.

This application is filed by wife under section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 for transfer of Petition bearing No.A-2242 of 2014 filed by respondent husband under section 13(1)(ia) and (ib) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 for dissolution of marriage in the Family Court at Bandra, Mumbai to the Family Court at Kolhapur on several grounds.

Respondent party in person submits that he does not have any objection if the matter is transferred to the Family Court at Kolhapur for hearing and final disposal on its own merits. 1/3

Hence, by consent of both the parties, following order is passed: a) Office of the Family Court at Bandra, Mumbai is directed to transfer Petition bearing No.A-2242 of 2014 filed by Kishor Yashwant Patil to the Family Court at Kolhapur for hearing and final disposal on its own merits. b) Misc. Civil Application stands disposed of accordingly.
