Though the petitioner has raised several issues and sought several reliefs, ultimately, would restrict his relief with regard to grievance of non-consideration of representation at Exh.X page144. The subject matter in the representation is with regard to selection of co-opted members from social/ non-governmental organization on Prabhag Samities. Referring to section 29A, especially sub-section (3), of the Maharashtra Municipal

Since the petitioner is restricting this petition only with regard to the grievance of non-consideration of its representation, we are of the opinion that there need not be elaborate proceedings in this matter since the grievance of the petitioner could be resolved by giving direction to the respondent- Corporation. 3.

Accordingly, we dispose of this petition directing the respondent- Corporation to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 29th December 2015 at page 144, strictly in accordance with the procedure contemplated, within a period of three months.
