This is the second bail application preferred by the applicant. 2.

Learned Counsel for the Applicant, does not press this application, at this stage, and seeks leave to withdraw the same, as the Court is inclined to expedite the trial of the Applicant. 3.

The first bail application of the applicant was rejected on

2/2 25-ba.504.2019.doc merits vide order dated 5th March, 2018. It appears that charge is framed as against the applicant and other co-accused and the matter is posted for recording of the evidence.

Learned APP informs that the complainant is in custody and steps have been taken to have the complainant produced by filing an appropriate application before the learned Judge. Learned APP states that the prosecution intends to examine around 14 witnesses and assures that all the witnesses will be produced on the dates given by the trial Court. 5.

Considering the aforesaid, the trial of the applicant is expedited. The learned Judge to conclude the trial as expeditiously as possible and preferably within 9 months from the date of receipt of this order.

The Application is accordingly disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
