The Petitioner - Teacher has moved this Petition seeking a direction that the proposal for approval of his appointment which is pending should be decided. Not only the Petitioner has not joined the Education Institute as co-Petitioner or even Respondent, but the Petitioner has joined erstwhile employer Education Institute and not present one.
