The Petitioner claims that he is working as "Junior Clerk" with Respondent No. 6 - College since 2011. The various proposals were sent by Respondent No. 6 to Respondent No. 2 - the Director (Vocational Education), Mumbai for grant of approval of the Petitioner's appointment. The Petitioner has placed on record various correspondence/proposals sent by Respondent No. 6 to Respondent No. 2 on record.

It is the case of the Petitioner that Respondent No. 2 has not considered the said proposals for approval of his Vishal Parekar 1/2
prod-507-wp-3045-2017.doc appointment as yet and there is every likelihood that without considering the proposal, the Petitioner's services may be terminated.

Having considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties, we are of the view that this Petition deserves to be disposed of by directing Respondent No. 2 to examine the said proposals forwarded by Respondent No. 6 to him in regard to grant of approval of the Petitioner's appointment on the post of "Junior Clerk".

Let the decision on the said proposals be taken by Respondent No. 2 as expeditiously as possible but not later than four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 7.
Till the said proposals are considered and appropriate decision on it is taken, the Petitioner shall not be removed from services.

The Petitioner is directed to communicate this order to Respondent No. 2 along with copy of the Petition within two weeks. 9.
