Heard the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner. The Petitioner is aggrieved by rejection of her application for getting LPG distributorship. According to the Petitioner, she has fulfilled all the eligibility criteria. It is submitted that when certain deficiencies were informed to her, she has removed those deficiencies. 2.
We have perused the impugned order. It discloses that the Respondents have given the reasons why Petitioner's application 1 / 2
WP. 2602-17 for distributorship could not be taken into consideration. It is observed that the Petitioner did not meet the requirements for allocation of LPG distributorship, and therefore, her candidature was rejected and the amount of Rs. 50,000/- deposited with the Corporation was forfeited.

We have perused the reasons which are given in the impugned order by the Respondents. We find that the land offered for godown in the application form was Survey No. 296, and the land shown to the FVC committee during their visit and documents produced were of Gat No. 738. Further, several other irregularities were noticed by the FVC committee. Therefore, we are not inclined to interfere with the decision taken by the Respondent Corporation. 4.
However, we direct the Respondent-Corporation as a special case to refund amount of Rs. 50,000/-, which has been deposited by the Petitioner, within four weeks. With this direction, writ petition is disposed of.
