The learned counsel appearing for the first Respondent has placed on record consent terms filed in Writ Petition No.912 of 2014 as well as the order passed on 11th February, 2015 disposing of the Writ Petition No.912 of 2014 in terms of the consent terms. In clause 12 of the consent terms, the Petitioners have undertaken to withdraw the present Petition.
