We find that vide elaborate order dated 26.2.22015 this court has granted ad interim relief in terms of prayer clause (b). Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that thereafter in regard to the alleged inspection and samples which were taken nothing adverse was found. Be that as it may , since in the petition, we find that prayer was to unseal the petrol and diesel outlet of the petitioner, which has been unsealed and the further action has been taken by the respondents. With liberty to

29-wp-1955.2015.sxw the respondents to take further action as was to be taken to its logical end, we dispose of this petition by making the interim order to remain operative subject to the outcome of the action taken. Petition is accordingly disposed of.
