We have heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and the learned counsel for the Respondent.

The Petitioners seek injunction against the Respondent not to dis-possess without due process of law. The Petitioners have remedy before the Civil forum under the provisions of the Specifc Relief Act.

In the light of that, the Writ Petition is disposed of with liberty to the Petitioners to avail alternate remedy. All contentions are kept open. No costs.
