1. Mr. Munde, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioners seeks to withdraw the present Writ Petition. The Writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.

2. Mr. Munde, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioners submits that suit before the Trial court is pending since the last 15 years and at present is at the stage of Defendant' s evidence. He has therefore made an oral application to the Court that the suit be expedited. Considering that the suit is filed in the year 2007, the learned Trial court is requested to dispose of the pending suit as expeditiously as possible.
