The learned counsel for the applicant, however, submits that the applicant is suffering from Chronic Pancreatitis with Gastritis and thus the hearing of the trial may be expedited. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the trial Court shall endeavor to conclude the trial as early as possible and in any case within a period of one year from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 2.
