Perused the compilation of documents placed on record. Petitioner challenges the order dated 15th June, 2015 passed by Inspector General of Police, Konkan Range, Konkan Bhavan, Navi Mumbai. Also

Learned APP submits that charge-sheet has been filed in the subject crime.

In this view of the matter, we dispose of the petition with liberty to the petitioner to resort to alternate appropriate remedy as permissible in law.
