By this application, the applicant seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with C.R. No.725 of 2016, registered with the Indapur Police Station, Pune, for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 3 (1)(r), (s), 3(2)(va) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act and under Section 506(II) of the Indian Penal Code. Learned APP, on instructions states, that in the present case, the police after investigation have filed a 'B' Summary Report on 2nd May 2017. Learned APP has tendered a xerox copy of said report dated 2nd May 2017. The said report is taken on record. 4.

Learned APP states that in the event the police intend to apprehend the applicant, they will give 72 hours prior notice to the applicant. Statement accepted.

In view of the statement made by learned APP on instructions, nothing survives for consideration in the aforesaid application. The same is disposed of accordingly.
