The only prayer made by the petitioners in the instant petition is for a direction against the Pimpri-Chinchwad Municipal Corporation to take action against the illegal construction in survey no.212/8 property No.10/7/338 at Dighi Road, Bhosari. The learned counsel for respondent nos.1 and 2 states on instructions from the respondent-Corporation that after verifying the complaint in regard to the illegal construction made by respondent no.3, the Corporation had issued notice to the respondent no.3 for removal of the illegal construction that was causing danger to the public. It is stated that the construction in respect of which the notice was served on the respondent no.3 is removed. By accepting the statement made by the learned counsel for
