The petitioner claims to be widow of the deceased employee. She has prayed for extending the benefit to the petitioner which were due to her husband in regard to Assured Career Progression Scheme (ACPS) as per law laid down by the Division Bench of this Court in the case of Kiran Namdeo Shinde and ors. Vs. State of Maharashtra in Writ Petition No. 2358 of 2013 and various other connected Writ Petitions. 1/2

Having regard to the aforesaid, we dispose of this Petition by granting liberty to the petitioner to submit a representation before the Competent Authority of respondents within 4 weeks from today. On receipt of such representation, the Competent Authority shall consider the same and in case the petitioner's case is covered by the order passed by the Division Bench of this Court in case of Kiran Namdeo Shinde (supra), appropriate decision and consequential benefit may be extended in favour of the petitioner within 4 months from the date of the receipt of such representation.

With the aforesaid directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
