Heard Mr. Sarda, learned Counsel for the applicant and Mr. Waghmare, learned Counsel for the respondent. 3.

By this application, the applicant has prayed for permission to withdraw Rs.50,00,000/- deposited by the respondent/husband on 31st January, 2019 in view of the order dated 2nd November, 2018 passed in Civil Application No.2065 of 2018 in Writ Petition No.2289 of 2018. 4.

It is common ground between the parties that in pursuance of the order dated 2nd November, 2018 passed by this Court in Civil Application No.2065 of 2018 in Writ Petition No.2289of 2018, the petitioner has deposited the amounts in terms of paragraph 2 of that order. In view thereof, the amount of Rs.50 Lakhs deposited by the petitioner shall be transmitted through ECS in

It is common ground between the parties that the next date before the trial Court is 13th March, 2019. The parties agree that they will convert Petition No. P.A. No.144 of 2014 pending before the Family Court, Thane into a Petition for mutual consent as per Section 13B of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 within three weeks. The Family Court may pass appropriate orders upon conversion of the Petition. Mr. Vyas states that the last installment of Rs.50 Lakhs payable on or before 1st April, 2019 will be deposited directly in the account of Master Aaryan Sandeep Bhambure on or before 13th March, 2019, details whereof are as under :
