Vide Annexure-B; a Government Resolution dated 5 December 2005, a Committee has been constituted headed by late Justice Chandrashekar S. Dharmadhikari. By way of above captioned application, it is pointed out that on the demise of the Chairperson of the Committee the State has to nominate a Chairperson of the Committee who should be a retired Judge.
