This is an application for stay of the impugned order. Mr. Khan fairly conceded that in pursuance of the impugned order, respondent has already filed Written Statement. In view thereof, no relief can be granted in the Application. However, filing of Written Statement shall be subject to further orders passed in the Civil Revision Application. Application is disposed of.
