This is an application received through Jail for transfer of MPID Case No.1/2017 from the file of Additional Sessions Judge,Court No.4, Nashik to any other Sessions Court in the same District. The learned APP on instructions submitted that the learned Sessions Judge, Nashik by its Order dated 23.3.2018 has transferred the said case from the Court of Additional Sessions Judge No.4 to the Court of Additional Sessions Judge, Court No.8 Nashik.

In view thereof, nothing survives in this application and is accordingly disposed off.
